Dev Assessment - Jonathan Jones

Service Description

Jonathan uses the DISCO standardised interview to complete the developmental assessment. Appointments are conducted online (Zoom) by default as Jonathan lives in the West Midlands, but in specific circumstances a face-to-face meeting could be arranged. If you are a parent seeking an assessment for your child, this component will involve you and, where possible, any other primary caregivers. Your child will not be involved. If you are an adult seeking an assessment for yourself, the interview will be conducted with you and, if possible, one or both of your childhood primary caregivers. Jonathan does not currently accept online bookings due to his shifting work patterns, so any requests should be made by email in the first instance.
