Service Description

Simon uses the 3Di-5 standardised interview to complete the developmental assessment. Appointments are conducted online (Zoom) by default but if you live in the Bristol area you could request a face to face meeting. If you are a parent seeking an assessment for your child this component will involve you and, where possible, any other primary caregivers. Your child will not be involved. If you are an adult seeking an assessment for yourself, the interview will be conducted with you and, if possible, one or both of your childhood primary caregivers.
