Developmental Interview - DISCO

Service Description

Jonathan uses the DISCO standardised interview to complete the developmental assessment. Appointments are conducted online (Zoom or Teams) by default, but in specific circumstances a face-to-face meeting could be arranged. If you are a parent seeking an assessment for your child, this component will involve you and, where possible, any other primary caregivers. Your child will not be involved. If you are an adult seeking an assessment for yourself, the interview will be conducted with you and, if possible, one or both of your childhood primary caregivers. Jonathan currently only accepts online bookings after an initial discussion has been completed and a possible date(s) has been identified.
